The PESD5V0F1BL in the ultra compact SOD882 package is Nexperia’s first protection diode in the new Femto Farad capacitance class. The capacitance of only 0.4pF typical is especially suitable for protection of high-speed datalines such as USB 2.0, HDMI, Displayport, or Antenna Protection. With an ESD robustness of 10 kilovolts and a clamping voltage of only 30 volts at 30ns for an 8kV ESD pulse, it offers a high level of protection.
