Product List
In general, the Nexperia protection portfolio is split up in two product families. One family for protection against ESD strikes, which are specified by a 8/20µs pulse, and the other for protection against medium and high power transients; for example indirect lightning strikes, which are specified by using a 10/1000µs pulse. For the protection against ESD strikes, the stand-off voltage, capacitance and ESD robustness are the most important parameters. The product families for this protection are the PESD and PRTR devices. For protection against medium and high power transients, the key parameters are the reverse standoff voltage, peak pulse power, peak pulse current, and the clamping voltage. The devices protecting against these kinds of strikes are either in the PTVS or MMBZ product family.
