When comparing device specifications it is important to consider the conditions used to derive the parameters provided. Silicon Labs provides all of its device specifications over the full operating voltage and temperature. There is no derating required when looking at the specifications. In many cases, suppliers will only provide the specification at room temperature which makes it look satisfactory on paper, but further investigation reveals that it may actually be less than satisfactory.
