Welcome to the STMicroelectronics IGBT and SLLIMM IPM product training module. This presentation will provide an overview of the ST IGBT Trench Gate Field Stop technology and review the benefits of TGFS technology over the older planar punch-through technology. It presents a IGBT technology roadmap with device status and a timeline for release of the devices. SLLIMM IPMs will be discussed in detail and their features and benefits will be reviewed. SLLIMM reference designs and tools will also be discussed.
