Product List
A typical leadless package or leaded package leaves an exposed metal area after surface mounting, where a probe can be inserted to monitor signals. NXP secure leadless packages prevent access to the leads by setting back the leads further in and under the package, leaving no contact point or exposed metal area once the part is soldered onto the PC board. This makes the secure leadless package the ideal solution for manufacturers wanting to protect the information transiting through the package.
