This slide provides a quick look at how products that ST has to offer line up with the various motor technologies and control strategies. ST has products like the VNH7013 that provide an integrated 13 mΩ power stage for H-Bridge control, as well as H-bridge drivers with integrated power stages and various levels of drive strength for simple and cost effective brushed DC motor control. For more flexibility and additional system level functionality, H-Bridge gate drivers like the L99H01 that will drive four user-defined n-channel MOSFETs for H-Bridge control are offered. Also available are stepper motor controllers for single stepper motor applications and multichannel bridge drivers that can drive up to four stepper motors. For brushless DC, there are three-phase motor controllers like the L9907 and L99ASC03 with features that allow application in distributed or mechatronic systems. For multi-motor applications, integrated controllers like the L99MD01/02 will drive up to seven brushed motors in half-bridge configuration or four stepper motors.
