Product List
NXP’s high power Class D audio amplifier ICs are single chip stereo or mono amplifiers in one package. The part number families of these devices are TDA892x and TDA895x. They are currently being produced in a range from 2 x 50W to 2 x 170W in stereo outputs or from 120W to 340W for the mono output chips in BTL mode. These amplifiers require a symmetrical power supply in the voltage range of +/-12.5V to +/-42.5V depending on the part type. They operate at fixed frequency ranges of 250kHz-450kHz set by a resistor, or can be clocked externally. The amplifiers are available in two packages, the surface mount package HSOP24 or the single inline power package SIL23P.
