Both the KX112 and KXCJB are ROHM’s thinnest accelerometers. The KX112 is 0.6 mm tall, while the KXCJB is even thinner at 0.45 mm tall. The KX112 has additional embedded engines specially designed for detecting bidirectional tap, rotation, and freefall. KXCJB provides a very low 120 µA of operating current at full data rate. These sensors are ideal for low-profile tracking applications such as Smart Cards, ID cards, Beacons, and IC Tags.
