Security is the word of the day and there are good reasons for that. Many databanks have been hacked and data has been intercepted and decoded when not protected sufficiently. Renesas listened to customers and added TLS in the NetX Secure software. SSP v.1.4.0 includes a number of enhancements to support a number of features listed on the screen here that can be used to secure on-line communication. Several TLS extensions such as Secure Renegotiation Indication, Server Name Indication and Signature Algorithms are supported.
