The SSP v.1.4.0 is also integrated into the Synergy Platform Installers that provide a quick and easy way to install Synergy Software Package with an integrated development environment of the user’s choice and J-Link USB Drivers. Two separate platform installers are available; one each for IAR Embedded Workbench for Synergy and also e2 studio. Along with SSP v.1.4.0, Renesas has also introduced a Synergy Standalone Configurator (SSC). It is an Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP) application that contains the Synergy Project Generator and the Synergy Project Editor as implemented in the e2 studio ISDE. It is used with IAR Embedded Workbench for Synergy.
