ST makes four different families of modules right now. They have the classic Bluetooth 3.0 modules, the SPBT 632 family, Class 1 and Class 2. Those are in full production. Bluetooth 4.1 modules have started production in the third quarter of 2015. The SPBTLE-RF module that is in production has Nucleo shields available today. WiFi modules are in full production. Additionally, there are two different sub-gigahertz modules. There is the SP1ML family, which has an STM32 onboard, and the SPSGRF module, which is basically the Spirit device on a module by itself with an antenna and balun. So users have two different options for the sub-Gigahertz with and without a microcontroller. All of these modules have FCC certification for ease of design for the customer.
