As shown here, ST is very strong in the non-cellular (2 Way portable and mobile radios) and ISM (Plasma generator, Laser and MRI) segments. ST has devices from a few watts up to several hundred watts and operating from 7 V up to 150 V in the 1 MHz to 2 GHz frequency band. ST has also recently introduced 250 W-350 W / 36 V LDMOS products for Avionics and L-Band radar applications housed in the innovative STAC® air cavity package.
