RF Power transistors are used in several markets from few hundred KHz up to several GHz such as industrial, scientific and medical, wireless infrastructure, non-cellular radio, TV and FM broadcast and avionics and radar. As of this presentation's creation date, STMicroelectronics is present in all markets except wireless infrastructure.
