STAC3932F with back solder finishing (AgSnCu solder) is in production since several years at one of the worldwide top leader manufacturer of MRI equipment. Typical RF power of MRI equipment is 20 KW – 30 KW and operating at 100 V supply voltage. Depending on the power level, designers need between 32 or 48 devices to deliver the required RF output power.
