The SAM3U evaluation board has three devices connected to the External Bus interface: a color QVGA TFT with resistive touchscreen, a 2 Gigabit NAND Flash and a 1 MegaByte 16-bit pseudo-static RAM. It also has a high-speed SDCard/SDIO/MMC interface, standard audio line-in, headphone and microphone connectors, two ADC inputs, one for the 12-bit and one for the 10-bit ADC, a 3D accelerometer sensor and several standard serial, USB and JTAG ports.
