The table shown on this slide highlights the differences between the 144-pin and 100-pin versions of the SAM3U. The 144-pin version offers a 16-bit external bus interface with four chip select lines and an 8-bit multimedia card interface. In addition both ADCs are upgraded to eight channels in the 144-pin version and one will be able to use up to ninety-six GPIOs. The features which are not mentioned in this table are similar in both versions.
