Load switch ICs are a common choice for power sequencing. Multiple load switch ICs can be controlled with control signals to provide a specialized turn-on and turn-off sequence. Some varieties of Toshiba load switches have pre-programmed turn on times so the engineer can create a whole power sequence with a single logic control.
