RX651/RX65N is designed to fill the performance gap between the legacy 100 MHz RX63N/RX631 and the flagship 120 MHz RX64M, which contains up to 4 MB of flash memory. The RX651/RX65N has 50% higher performance with 60% lower power vs. the RX63. Using the Renesas Firmware Integration Technology, or “FIT”, customers can easily migrate their applications from one MCU to another.
