Displayed in the graphic on the right-hand side of this slide, the RX65x high-density products have 640 kB of RAM partitioned into separate 256 kB and 384 kB areas. The dedicated 384 kB of RAM enables the RX65x family to drive a TFT display without the need for external memory, and also frees up CPU resources, which is critical for embedded applications that perform multiple tasks at the same time.
