Zero Delay Buffers are a special type of fanout buffers. Zero delay buffers generate multiple copies of an input clock with the phase of the output clocks aligned to the phase of the input clock giving the impression of zero delay. This is achieved by looping back one of the outputs to the feedback input of the device. Typically, any of the outputs can be used as the feedback. If a divided output is used as the feedback, what would happen to the frequency of the non-divided outputs? Their frequency would be equal to the divide ratio times the input frequency, so a divide by 2 would yield a multiplied by two non-divided output.
