Infineon is currently offering the TS5 in three packages: the TO220, the TO220 FullPak, and the TO-247. The first box shows the 40 and 50 A devices without free wheeling diode. Infineon offers all devices in both variants, the F5 and H5 variant. The bottom box shows Infineon‘s devices with a free wheeling diode.
