The other is the unintended UVLO fault, which needs to delay the enable to ensure the input voltage is ramped up above the UVLO trip point. Usually the UVLO voltage will be set rather high in a case like this, maybe 10V, UVLO for a 12V rail. The Enable Network Equation shown here will help determine the targets needed.
