Shown here is an example migration between RX71M to RX64M. The customer does not need the performance of 240 MHz for a reduced version of the product. Therefore, the designer wants to migrate to RX64M. Regarding hardware, the devices are pin-to-pin compatible and the common API level ensures a smooth migration on the software side using FIT modules.
