Product List
The RX130 uses an RX core with floating point unit, running at 32 MHz. In the memory section, the E2 Data Flash is a unique feature. Customers can save an external EEPROM using the internal Data Flash. The RX130 offers rich Analog and timer functionality. Nine serial communication channels and the remote control functionality are a perfect fit for the target applications mentioned previously. The DTCA and Event Link Controller is able to execute certain tasks without the core. For example, a timer could trigger the ADC to sample date, write them to the memory, and wakeup the core when the value is above a certain value. It is even possible to use the RX130 without an external crystal if the requirements allow this. Plenty of safety functions round out the great feature set of the RX130.
