For debugging, the engineer offers different possibilities. The customer can use Segger’s J-Link or Renesas’s E2 Lite debugger. The starter kits contain an on-board E2 Lite debugger, so the customer does not need to get a standalone debugger for evaluation. The Renesas E1 debugger is recommended for use for Renesas RSKs and customer targets. For high-speed tracing, Renesas has the E20.
