An effective way to help prevent switching noise internal to an MCU from entering the Vcc and ground lines on the board through the devices terminals is to insert an L-C filter consisting of a bypass capacitor and ferrite beads near all the power supply pins of the device. (Do not, however, insert a bead in the clock line or in any line that carries a high-frequency signal line. A bead inserted in those places might deform the waveform and could actually increase the noise level.)
