Another addition to the high power limiter family is the MASL-011023 Switch Limiter. This incorporates a Transmit/Receive switch, or T/R switch, with a limiter introduced on the receive portion of the switch. This is a fully integrated switch in a small 7 mm, 32 lead QFN plastic package which operates in S-band at 2.7-3.3 GHz. The transmit arm is able to handle upwards of 125 W CW power at 85°C. The output of the receive arm is limited to +10 dbm of flat leakage power. Markets include both civilian and military pulsed radar communication systems. This is ideally suited for Digital Radio Communication systems (DRC) as wells as Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR).
