This design of the MADL-011021 incorporates both a ZBD and Schottky diode in parallel with a PIN limiter die. These are constructed in a low inductance shunt configuration in the same 1.5 mm x 1.2 mm six pin DFN plastic package. They operate up to 6 GHz and provide +13 dBm flat leakage power. The MADL-011021 handles maximum power greater than +2.5 W CW with +15 dBm flat leakage.
