The MADL-011014 utilizes the same packaging techniques as the MADL-011012 where an excess of +55 dBm CW power handling is achieved at L-band frequencies. It provides +19 dBm typical flat leakage power and low loss across 1.2 to 1.4 GHz. The part incorporates bias inductors utilizing MACOM HMIC technology for reliability, low loss, and high performance over the frequency band. This part is ideally suited to air traffic control radar for both military and civilian markets. This limiter would be ideally suited for Air Traffic Management (ATM) long-range surveillance radars like the Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR).
