The MADL-011015 is third in the series of high power limiters, covering the octave frequency of 2 to 4 GHz or S-band. With the same package outline and construction as its counterparts, the device is able to withstand 100 W CW incident power. The low flat leakage power of < 13 dBm is more than adequate for protection of low noise amplifiers requiring small signal power. The low loss of <0.5 dB minimizes the overall contribution of added noise figure in the chain. These are suitable for shipboard and ground based radar for military and commercial applications particularly airport surveillance radars.
