The EMC Filter stage requires good AC voltage performance, AC over-voltage and transient capability, high voltage testing, and high surge current capacity. This filter also uses self-extinguishing materials for flammability safety requirements as well as an open circuit failure mode. Components are internationally approved and can operate at up to 105°C.
