The EPCOS DC-Link capacitor series provides a very high power and current capability with the B3267x (HP) and high capacitance density for B3277x (HD). The four terminal welding is specially designed for vibration requirements. Typically aluminum electrolytic capacitors are used in this application, but film capacitors offer a long life time, self-healing capabilities, high stability, higher peak current, and thermal dissipation as well as use in modular systems.
