WiLink 8 supports the ELP (Enhanced Low Power) mode in station, soft AP mode, and P2P modes. It is built for extended battery life – for example in station idle-connected mode, WiLink 8 consumes only 750 µA while maintaining connection with the access point at all times. Soft AP ELP mode implementation enables WiLink 8 to reduce current consumption by 75% as well.
