Product List
Flexible port switching allows the two ports to be ‘ganged’ together through the multiplexers shown between the channel and the host ports. In this way, data can be shared between the channels to allow applications such as media conversion, redundancy and port ‘sniffing’ to be configured without external components or management. The application note referenced contains other example applications and details on how to configure this feature in the device.
