This table shows ROHM’s family of SiC power modules. Voltages range from 1200 V to 1700 V and currents range from 80 A to 600 A to support high-power applications. Different models feature a variety of internal topologies such as half-bridge and chopper (boost) circuits. Simulation models for all part numbers are available, including PLECS models, SPICE models, thermal models, and SPICE simulation evaluation circuits, which can be found on ROHM's website.
