NXP’s line of Cortex-M microcontrollers offers a wide selection of choices. The SPIFI interface is designed into NXP’s LPC1800 series featuring the Cortex-M3 core, flash and flash-less derivatives with abundant internal RAM, plus optional Ethernet, USB, LCD and SD/MMC interfaces.
