Product List
Logical devices perform logical fan out with the capability of synchronizing different data rate operations. For example, a USB hub may act as a bridge between a high speed Host and a low speed device. The hub is a logical translator between two operational speeds. If a second high speed device connects to the same hub, then the hub will allow high speed data transfer while maintaining the low speed connection to the low speed device. “Compound” devices implement two or more logical devices within a single functional device. For example, a keyboard may have an integrated USB hub for supporting flash drive or mouse.
