The MIPI/CSI board is a more specific application development kit, that allows the customer to prove out interop to CMOS imaging sensor products. This board comes with the T20 in the BGA169 which is the package that supports two MIPI/CSI ports via the hard block controllers. Attaching the CSI-2 pins to the outside world is done with high-speed connectors that are on the top and 4th one on the left side of the board picture. Included in the kit are the daughter cards designed to connect to the Raspberry Pi Camera module ribbon cables which will be shown on future slides. Additional connectors are available to give the customer access to GPIO and the LVDS pins on the T20 device, including a connector that allows the customer to connect SDRAM modules. Programming of the Trion® devices is similarly accomplished through the USB port or through JTAG or SPI Flash as it was for the previous T20 board. All four of the MIPI/CSI RX/TX are brought to these connectors, so all are accessible for the customer to use.
