The T20 BGA256 Development kit is similar to the previously shown T8 development kit, but this one includes the larger T20 in the BGA256. Like the T8 kit, it also is an IO expansion type of kit with access to many of the T20 IOs throughout the various connectors and headers on the board, including access to the LVDS signals on the T20 device. This T20 board also has LEDs and switches available to users, including some clock oscillators on board and connectors to bring in external clock signals. The customer can connect this board to other boards via the headers and connectors included in the board or prove out a processing function on board, potentially using the onboard SDRAM device in the design. Programming the chip can be accomplished via the USB connector, with use of the included FTDI chip or through SPI Flash or JTAG.
