Trion® Product Family 1

The Trion® Family product table is shown here. Same Quantum architecture from T4 to T200, 4 K Logic elements to 200 K Logic elements. The package details, including some very small packages are shown in the bottom of the table. The Specific device names are on the top of the table, T4, T8, T13, etc and the characteristics for each of those devices are listed on the left side. The table illustrates the resources available for each device, such as Embedded Memory size, GPIO count, and Multiplier count. Devices supporting hardened cores for MIPI/CSI and DDR memory controllers are shown, although some of them are package specific, which will be highlighted later. The T4 and T8 on the left side of the table are in especially small packages and especially low power, as they are produced on a special low voltage process. Otherwise they still use the same Quantum™ XLR fabric, but they are a more minimalistic offering for hand held, control plane, general functions. Starting at the T13 and T20, begins the use of devices that have the MIPI/CSI hardened functions and DDR Memory controller. The T20/T13 have two MIPI/CSI controllers with independent Tx/Rx and the larger devices/packages have 3 controllers. One of the Key differentiations for the Trion family is the hardened cores of MIPI/CSI-2 at 4 x 1.5 Gbps and DDR Memory controllers at up to 1066 Mbps.
