From the table of leakage current per Farad it can be seen that leakage current varies with temperature, the above plot shows how the leakage current of a 0.47F, 5V part varies as the temperature is cycled from 85 °C down to 25 °C and back up again with measurements taken at 40 °C and 70 °C. This clearly shows that, although leakage current increases with temperature it is a process that is reversed as the temperature decreases.
