The XB-D LED is the smallest lighting class LED with a 2.5 mm by 2.5 mm footprint. It enables mainstream LED lighting adoption by delivering double the lumens per dollar of previously available LEDs. This new generation of price and performance dramatically lowers system cost by enabling solutions with two to three times fewer LEDs. At 350 mA and 85° C, the XB-D can deliver up to 139 lumens per watt. The XB-D is hot binned at 85° C and is available in a full range of color temperatures from 2,700 kelvin to 10,000 kelvin.
