The performance characteristics of the XB-D are shown on this page. The maximum drive current is 1000 mA and the thermal resistance is 6.5° C per watt. The viewing angle is 115 degrees and the typical forward voltage at 350 mA and 85° C is 2.9 V. Similar to the LEDs in the XLamp family, the XB-D is available in ANSI compatible chromaticity bins, has an electrically neutral thermal path, and a symmetric design. In addition, the XB-D is also reflow solderable and RoHS & REACH compliant and available in cool white, neutral white and warm white color temperatures.
