The SAM3U contains a new reset pin, called NRSTB, which is an asynchronous reset and acts as the power on reset cell on the chip. It resets everything on the chip and has an integrated anti-glitch filter. This is different from the NRST which can be found on all of Microchip's other devices and which resets only the core and the peripherals, but not the backup region.
