Three different radiation patterns: ±25°, ±45° and ±75°, burst optimized versions and DC-optimized versions. With stack (3 V for almost double the light) and no stack for higher efficacies. Different chip sizes to enable higher ratings or lower cost. The customer will find ams OSRAM's offer for DC optimized devices in this slide.
