Some applications, like audio, may require negative voltage capability to maintain signal integrity as some audio signals have a negative component. ON Resistance (RON) is the resistance from input to output when the switch is closed. The lower the line resistance, the less the signal passing through the switch will be attenuated. RON will vary with voltage, temperature, and load current. A measure of this variation is delta RON.
