NXP carries an extensive array of leadless packages that includes a 0.3 mm pitch option. Most switches are offered in 5, 6, 8, 10, 16, and 20 pin packages, with pitch ranging from 0.65 mm down to 0.3 mm. Most leaded and WCSP packages can be replaced by a leadless package. There are multiple advantages in going to a leadless solution which will be shown in the next slide.
