Product List
This table summarizes the nomenclature for the NX3 family of switches, easing the selection process. The first two letters indicate the switch family. The third digit represents the supply voltage capability of the device. An ‘NX3’ device, for example, is rated for 3V while an ‘NX5’ device will be rated for 5V applications. The ON resistance, the fourth digit, is denoted by an C, L, or V. A ‘C’ indicates greater than 1 ohm resistance, ‘L’ less than 1 ohm, and ‘V’ less than 0.5 ohm. The fifth character represents the number of switches integrated in the device. The next letter indicates if the translation function is integrated on the select pin. A ‘T’ meaning it is integrated while a ‘G’ means there is not translation on the select pin.
