Shown here is the block diagram of the anechoic chamber and the listed equipment used to perform the conducted emission testing. The setup and system are based on CISPR25, which is an increasingly popular benchmark and requirement for body electronics. The frequency/noise level graph on the right shows the initial test results of the board. Noise floor is represented in black and CISPR25 Class 5 specification is represented by the horizontal purple lines. The blue spectrum is the initial noise measured. As seen, the noise interval is at 400 kHz intervals, which is the same as the switching frequency of the DC/DC converter. It should also be noted that the noise level is not in compliance with CISPR25 requirements.
