There are several families with integrated Ethernet MAC/PHY as well as LCD drivers in 64 ~ 80 pin packages supporting up to 192 pixels. The LCD module even enables voltage contrast control with an internal boost capability. The superset device, PIC18F87J93, is an 80-pin part that includes 128KB Flash memory, 4KB of data RAM, and peripherals including a 12-bit ADC and CTMU for cap touch buttons. The Full-Speed USB families have program flash ranging from 16KB ~ 128KB and 28 ~ 80 pins. The 64/80 pin PIC18F87J50 includes USB support with a rich set of peripherals. In 28/44 pin packages, the PIC18F46J50 USB family supports 16 ~ 64 KB Flash with XLP low power and Peripheral Pin Select for mapping peripherals to the desired pins.
